Historical Data Import
Upload ccs-historical-data.json to load past attendance and deductions for current agents, plus an archive of ex-staff records. Safe to run once; re-running overwrites the same days (no duplicates for attendance).
Add Agent
Toggle Access to enable/disable login. Reset β password back to ccs123 (forced change next login). Edit to change details, Remove to delete. New agents get password ccs123.

Pending Approval
Import your HELPING_SHEET (.xlsx). Reads the eow tab, tallies each agent's Approved / Rejected / Canceled for the cycle, and feeds Approved count + approval rate into the Salary & KPI engine.
Shows bookings submitted on the selected day. Defaults to today and refreshes as new bookings come in. Use the date picker or Prev/Next to pull any past day.
Issue Warning / Deduction
1st violation this cycle = verbal warning (no money). 2nd onward = deduction. Resets each payroll cycle.
